Dim and lazy Garry is the landlord of the pub - a responsibility he shares with his brother.

He likes to drink - in fact he'll drink pretty much anything: beer, wine, alcopops... even computer fluid and crisps!

He doesn't really have any hobbies apart from looking at attractive girls.

Barry isn't much cleverer than his brother. He drinks less though - his favourite tipple is a nice warm tea.

Pessimistic Barry spends all his time worrying, fretting, fidgeting and panicking - he's not nearly as confident as Garry when it comes to hoping their stupid plans will turn out ok.

Ducking, diving, bobbing, weaving are just some of the things Dodgy Phil does.

His name pretty much explains everything: the fast-talking wheeler-dealer has an abundance of dubious ideas and an address book packed with shifty contacts always willing to help Garry and Barry.

In the past, amongst other things Phil has accidentally set the Queen on fire - clearly not a man to trust with carrying out your plan.
