Hello there. I am a full time physics teacher and if the stereotype is to be believed that should preclude me from having anything to do with a website on comedy. Maybe I shouldn't?
My small (but hopefully increasing) creative comedy centre has been tickled over the summer by the online comedy wherearethejoneses made by Babycow and sponsored by Ford. I was quite a regular contributor to the show and was even flown over to Florence to meet the actors (Emma Fryer and Neil Edmond), take part in the script meeting and then watch them film my episode (or part of it at least).

Many years ago (about 10)I got to the regional final of the BBC comedy awards. I don't think I was quite prepared for stand up at the time and although It was an experience I did find it a bit daunting.

Since then I have not been to active. I did send a comedy idea into the BBC called 'In a student Daze'. I did get some feedback but it didn't go any further.

I have written a complete 6 episode series called 'Life's too short', I am hoping to get some feedback off the site before maybe altering it and then submitting the first episode. As much as I do enjoy teaching I have always really loved comedy and I hope that the advice I get from this site will significantly help my writing.
