Struggling to cope with a heavy workload, government minister Hugh Abbott is just kept afloat by his team of spin doctors. | BSG Review: |
Very smart, very clever, very unique and very funny; the two short series of this ad-libbed political satire and the two specials have hit scarily close to the truth.
Described by some as being "the modern Yes, Minister" this show has won a decent following and a number of awards. Well deserved too! |
| Notes: |
It remains to be seen when the third season of The Thick of It will be filmed following the conviction of Chris Langham. The 2007 specials have demonstrated the show can continue without the main star though so more episodes will no doubt follow soon. |
