In this sequal to "Till Death Us Do Part" and "Till Death...", Alf's wife gets a wheelchair in the first series as she cannot walk much to Alf's disgust. Else dies in the second series and Alf has to adjust to life as a widower. He gets a home help called Winston.

BCG Review: After the demise of "Till Death...", "In Sickness and in Health" appeared - some say it was the funniest of all the Alf Garnett sitcoms, others feel it wasn't. It was certainly packed with many fine moments though.
