| Synopsis: |
Based on the cartoon strip "Andy Capp" which has
been a feature of "The Daily Mirror" for many years.
Andy is a layabout who wants to do as little work as possible
while still finding enough money for cigarettes, pints and betting.
He spends all his time down the local pub. |
| BSG Review: |
Despite the great situations and good casting
(Bolam from "The Likely
Lads" played Capp) this show was considered a flop.
Probably a little unfair considering it didn't have time to
establish itself. |
