Synopsis:	Sitcom about a wise-cracking minicab driver who is going through a mid-life crisis. Shane is bored with his marriage (to Myrtle) and annoyed by his teenage kids (Velma and Lenny). They are equally disappointed in him. The cabby spends much of his time hanging out with his gormless mate Bazza down the local pub (which is run by barmaid Sheila).
BCG Review:	Frank Skinner's latest creation picked up mixed reviews - some people liked it, some people hated it. Personally we thought it was ok; granted "Shane" is lacking something, however there were some funny moments and it can't be denied that some of the jokes, whilst a little basic, are clever.
Notes:	A second series was made however ITV never showed it! An attempt at producing an American pilot for NBC failed too.
