Scottish Rab C Nesbitt is a rude, dirty, lazy, foul-mouthed,
sexist, alcoholic who spends all his time chasing women (despite
being married), fighting, drinking and telling anyone who
will listen his views on life. His wife Mary and sons Gash
and Burney have to put up with him.

Low-brow, foul-mouthed and uncomfortable
comedy which not everyone can buy into. Many like it though;
in fact it has been voted one of the 50
Best British sitcoms of all time. Whether you like it or
not you have to admire Fisher's performance as the monstrous
slob.
