| Synopsis: |
A sketch show featuring a wide range of characters, most of whom are played by Lucas and Walliams. The characters include incoherent teenager Vicky Pollard, lazy Andy and his too generous friend Andy, Emily Howard the unconvincing transvestite, Welsh Dafydd the only gay in the village, Fat Fighter Marjorie Dawes, romantic writer Dame Sally Markham and the repulsively obese Bubbles.

| BSG Review: |
Ask anyone what they think of "Little Britain" and the reply is always the same - it's fantastic and, in the words of Ms Pollard, "like, sooooo funny!".
Lucas and Walliams show an impressively wide range of acting skills playing a large and diverse set of memorable characters - many of whom after just one series embedded themselves into popular culture.
That said, the last specials (shown Christmas 2006) were poor. Lazy writing and not as sharp or as funny as they should have been. |
