"All Gas and Gaiters" Episodes

Please note: Our episode guides are based on the "All Gas and Gaiters" radio shows (because most of the TV episodes no longer exist) however we've attempted to note any marked differences between the radio programmes and surviving TV episodes.

In all, only 11 of the 33 TV episodes still exist - our guide indicates which ones remain. Also it is worth noting that the radio episodes were broadcast in a different order than they were on TV, split into just two seasons. We have therefore included at the bottom of each synopsis information on the radio episode number.

Series 1

Read our guide to the pilot episode in which a local philanthropist leaves St Ogg's Cathedral a large sum of money. We also have information on the six episodes from the first series.

Series 2

In the first episode of the second series the Dean attempts to restore the cathedral to its "primitive" roots. Other plots include the Bishop throwing a party and the triumvirate assessing the poverty of their diocese.

Series 3

We've just started writing about the third series. Start finding out about these episodes now.

Series 4 & Series 5

We also have a brief overview of the names and air dates of the episodes making up the last two series of "All Gas and Gaiters". In time we hope to have a synopsis for each of these too.
