A clerical comedy in which the Dean tries unsuccessfully
to bring some order and sanity to the daily happenings in and
around the Cathedral of St Ogg's.

An intelligent and fondly remembered sitcom which gently extracted
much laughter from the church-based premise.

| Notes: |
Rather un-usually the radio version of "All Gas and Gaiters" followed shortly after (instead of
before) the TV version. The radio shows were simple adaptations of the TV scripts and so very similar in content to the television episodes.
Sadly only eleven of the TV episodes survive today. Most of the AGAG video tapes were recorded over in the 1970s as, at the time, the BBC had a policy of re-using tape to cut costs.
