I've all but recently stopped writing due to work commitments and a bit of a creative block but will no doubt get writing again one day.
Bakc in the day I entered comps on 4laughs a comedy "outlet" for people like myself and I have won and placed in many various competitions. I found it allowed me to experiment with many different forms of comedy including: audio, visual and script-based writing.
As for my favourite comedy shows I enjoy, "The office","The American Office, "Family guy", "Peep Show", "American Dad", "Black Books" and comedians such as Ricky Gervais, Jimmy Carr (my god I love him) and Frankie Boyle.
I don't take writing as seriously but have a solid knowledge of how everything works thanks to being a GM for this site you pick up a few snippets of info here and there.
