How do, my name is Jonny S and im just starting out. Ive been writing on and off for a number of years, have sent one script in (half script actually, it was pretty crap) and a few ideas only for them to be sent back, which was no surprise as I discovered that sending ideas in was an actual sin, its in the Bible somewere, near the back. I've currently finished another script and will be sending that in to varied channels shortly. I will let you know how it goes on this profile. Im always thinking of new ideas, re-writing old ones, laughing at myself whilst I sit in my bedroom at midnight then realising everyones asleep and have to work in the morning. Sometimes its the best time to think and to draw inspiration, and to flick through the channels to see if theres any late night entertainment of the female variaty.
Anyway, ive signed up for this forum just for the general chat really, and a place to get a better idea of what is expected of comedy writers and how the industry works, and also to make friends, like I always say, "If you find friends, then thats probably a good thing"
