"Drop the Dead Donkey", a sitcom set in a TV news room, ran for six series from 1990 to 1998. A character-based situation comedy, it picked up on topical news issues of the day and is as hilarious and relevant now as when it was first aired. For the first time ever the complete second series is now available on DVD. In this second series the Globelink News team are now firmly in the grasp of Sir Royston. Under the management of Gus "I'd just like you to stir-fry a few ideas in my think-wok" Hedges life can only get worse for the TV station. Joy, joins the team too - the new PA with a serious attitude problem. This two disc set is in shops now. |
