SERIES 3 - First broadcast 20021. Queenie Due to yet more violent behaviour, Queenie is expelled from her retirement home and is reluctantly taken in by Ted and Barbara. First broadcast: 30th April 2002 2. Flood Barbara and Ted are contemplating moving house, although a natural disaster may put paid to their plans for good. Meanwhile, Neil has caught the eye of an older woman. First broadcast: 7th May 2002 3. Valentine Ted, Martin and Phil are thrown into a panic when all three are reminded about Valentine’s Day and visit the 24-hour petrol station in search of romantic gifts for their respective wives, achieving mixed levels of success to say the least... First broadcast: 11th May 2002 4. Crime Barbara is worried about local crime and decides to take certain security measures. Her sister Jean, meanwhile, bumps into an old flame and starts to question her marriage to Phil. First broadcast: 14th May 2002 5. Weekend Following bad experiences at work, both Barbara and Ted decide it’s time to retire, and Jean and Phil are left in charge of Georgie while Martin and Linda visit friends. First broadcast: 21st May 2002 6. Baby When Neil moves in with his latest girlfriend, Barbara can’t help but interfere. Martin and Linda are having difficulty conceiving another child, and Jean is not completely happy with her new breast implants. First broadcast: 28th May 2002 |
